Macrolide整理
- Erythromycin: CYP1A2/3A4 inhibiror; Mycoplasma, Chlamydia
- Azithromycin: 不影響CYP; Legnionella (退伍軍人症), Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, Traveler's diarrhea (Shigella, Samonella): 半衰期最長
- Clarithromycin: CYP3A4 inhibitor; MAC (HIV伺機行感染), 胃幽門桿菌三合一
其他注意事項: 膽汁排除; 造成QT prolong (不和FQ併用)
