569.A motor vehicle driver who approaches a pedestrian crossing or an intersection otherwise legally open topedestrians and fails to stop and yield to pedestrians, thereby causing an accident resulting in injury,shall be fined NT$18,000–36,000, and their driver's license shall be: (A) Revoked.
